Guiding the
vision
Lino is the visionary behind LOGiiT, bringing over two decades of hands-on experience in the offshore industry as a commercial diver, rigger, and supervisor. Having worked on diverse global projects, he transitioned into the tech space by founding STiiNT-iT, a recruitment-focused digital platform, in 2018. In December 2020, Lino dedicated himself fully to his tech ventures, culminating in the creation of Logiit in 2021. Now, after extensive development, Lino is proud to launch LOGiiT, a cutting-edge platform designed to set new standards in digital logbook management for commercial divers.

With nearly a decade of experience in the FinTech space, Lindi brings a wealth of operational expertise to her role as COO at LOGiiT. At Payfast, where she served as Head of Operations, Lindi oversaw the operational integration, driving the success of multiple mergers and fostering a cohesive work environment for the South African group, which played a pivotal role in scaling the company from a startup to its acquisition by UK-listed Network International.
Her leadership spanned multiple key areas, including sales, due diligence, office management, customer service, financial operations, transaction fraud monitoring and prevention, project management, and business continuity planning.
Lindi’s people-first approach and her ability to optimise operations have been instrumental in creating efficient, streamlined workflows. At LOGiiT, she is now leveraging her broad skill set to drive operational excellence and support the company’s growth.

Mikael serves as the CTO at LOGiiT, bringing deep expertise in full-stack development and innovation across web3, cloud, and enterprise technologies. He also leads Code Capsules, a cloud-agnostic platform as a service, and manages a talented team of developers at AppStrax Technology, where he continues as managing director. Passionate about delivering high-quality, user-centred solutions, Mikael is dedicated to developing innovative products that solve real-world challenges and drive value for Logiit’s customers.
