Whistleblowing Policy

Definition:
Whistleblowing refers to the reporting, by employees or external parties, of information concerning wrongdoing. This includes, but is not limited to:

Breaches of the Company’s internal policies and procedures
Breaches of legal and regulatory requirements
Breaches of the Company’s Code of Conduct
Corruption, bullying, victimisation, bribery, and harassment
Any other actions that may bring the Company into disrepute or other criminal acts committed by employees

What Should You Report?

At Logiit, we are committed to addressing concerns regarding illegal or unethical activity, as well as incorrect information obtained about our organization. We encourage all employees and others to come forward and raise their concerns without fear of reprisal.
